Sunset on the way to Melkbos very pretty clouds. I started riding my home trainer every night do 20 minutes and log hart rate and distance. Thursday night I did 25 minutes and thought we would ride this weekend. Not complaining , but enjoying the rain. Hope to keep the training up until summer. Will start a weekly report on my training.
