Meal at Glen Carlou.

It had been many years since our last visit to Glen Carlou wine farm, but after our lovely wine tasting and delicious lunch there last Sunday we'll definitely be back soon. The wine tasting was done at our table in the restaurant (our choice) by a charming young man with very good knowledge of Glen Carlou's wines. The farm does very good chardonnays (three different versions), two excellent cabernets, a zinfandel that sadly is to be discontinued, and more - worth a visit to taste them.

Our lunch was delicious from start to finish. We had the recommended wines by the glass with each course and couldn't fault the pairings. Thanks Glen Carlou, for the lovely experience.
