Chinese chicken.

Slow roasted freerange chicken stuffed with lemons and roasted veg. Baby potatoes butternut cherry tomatoes with steamed greenbeans. Chicken basted with Chinese ricewine with sesame oil and ginger mixed in. Chicken done in stainlessteel tray in webber braai. Vegies roasted with chicken. First hour covered and then open for another hour and a half. Meat falling of the bone with wonderfull flavours. Add some dry white wine to the pan 1 or 2 cups ad salt and black pepper to tast.
